Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase at info@kapnchronic.com

    • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cannabis products unless defective.

    • Process: Approved returns must be returned to 12 Simcoe St S, Ontario, or coordinated with our delivery team. We will inspect the product and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds for Defective Products: If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Non-Delivered Orders: If your delivery order fails to arrive due to our error, we will issue a full refund or resend the order at no cost.
