Kapn Chronic operates a licensed Ontario cannabis delivery service at 12 Simcoe St S, Oshawa, ON L1H 4G2 (RSA Licence: CRSA1328103). This policy applies to customers, drivers, and store administrators.

We are subject to Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.

• Customers: name, delivery address, phone, optional email, order history, and age confirmation.
• Drivers: identity and contact information, required compliance documents, vehicle information, location during active delivery shifts, and earnings records.
• Administrators: identity, contact, and operational usage data.
• All users: session, device, IP, security, and support logs.

• Process and fulfill orders.
• Verify recipient age and identity.
• Send transactional order notifications.
• Provide live tracking during active deliveries.
• Verify driver qualifications and calculate earnings.
• Maintain required audit records.
• Secure, support, and improve the Service.

Transactional messages: order confirmations and delivery updates are necessary to fulfill an order.

Marketing: promotional email or SMS is sent only with the required consent. Email includes an unsubscribe method. Reply STOP to withdraw SMS marketing consent or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

We retain consent and communication records for compliance.

We do not sell personal information.

• Assigned drivers receive information needed to complete delivery.
• Providers such as Twilio and Resend process operational communications.
• Information may be disclosed to regulators or others when required by law.

We retain information as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations. Order and delivery records may be kept for at least two years where licensing conditions require it. Access, redaction, or deletion requests remain subject to overriding retention duties.

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, session authentication, and role-based access controls. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
