Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Kapn Chronic cannabis delivery service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. Kapn Chronic is a licensed Ontario cannabis retailer (RSA Licence: CRSA1328103) based at 12 Simcoe St S, Oshawa, ON L1H 4G2.

The Service is available only to individuals who are 19 years of age or older under Ontario law.

• You are at least 19 years old.
• You are in Ontario in an area we serve.
• Your use complies with all applicable cannabis laws.

• Provide an accurate Ontario delivery address and contact information.
• Present valid government-issued ID confirming you are 19 or older. Delivery must be refused if valid ID is not presented.
• Do not exceed 30 grams of dried cannabis equivalent per transaction.
• Orders cannot be delivered to minors.
• Delivery is available only within the current service area shown by the storefront.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes, discounts, loyalty redemption, and any delivery fee are itemized before an order is placed. Prices may change without notice; orders are priced at placement.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch confirmation. Once fulfillment begins, cancellation may not be possible. Product issues are reviewed case by case under our Refund Policy.

• Do not use the Service unlawfully.
• Do not purchase for or permit delivery to minors.
• Do not attempt unauthorized platform access.
• Do not provide false checkout or delivery information.
• Do not misuse promotions or loyalty benefits.

We aim to operate during the current hours published on the storefront, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Delivery depends on service-area eligibility, driver capacity, weather, and other operational factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapn Chronic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Kapn Chronic and its licensors own the Service’s content, trademarks, and software. These Terms grant no right to use them without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law. Ontario courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
